The
Enterprise
Esperanza
del Plata is an enterprise dedicated to the elaboration of
liquors made in an artisan form of high quality and distributed
in different specific points. It was born as a family business
founded in January 2002 in the city of La Plata, Province
of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
In
that opportunity, several attempts were made in order to produce
Lemoncello until the original formula was obtained, which
is the one that today is adopted in the elaboration of the
liquor that attracts most consumers in the establishment.
In a similar way, the recipes of the rest of the liquors were
obtained and improved in the actuality: orange, mint, coffee,
dulce de leche, banana, strawberry, cherry, plum, etc.
In
2003, an agreement was established with the Department of
Agricultural Alimentary Industries of the Faculty of Agronomy,
National University of La Plata, which certificates the quality
of our products lot by lot.
The
firm is authorized by the Health Ministry of the Province
of Buenos Aires, and every good has been inscribed in the
National Register of Alimentary Products, as the National
and International legislation stipulate.
The
monthly production of the firm reaches 1.100 litres of different
flavours, being able to double its production in a period
no superior to two months.
At
the moment, the distribution of our products, which is made
locally, is in process of expansion throughout the rest of
the country; and there is the possibility of their exportation
as well.
Some
comments...
In the middle of year 2002, as Argentina was going through
difficult times, we looked for a way to express our best wish
for the following year: "keep our hopes".
We
believed, and we still do, that this helps set out goals,
project a method to achieve them, control the transformations,
get to a result, and share our accomplishments.
We could see that, mixed with the sweetness of the sugar syrup,
the lemon juice transforms itself, and gives us the chance
to taste and share a delicious liqueur, like the one we used
to drink "before".
Thus,
with the alchemy on our side, we still intend to grant hope.
And Esperanza del Plata was established as a familial business
determined to produce liqueurs of high artisan quality and
in diverse genuine flavours.
We
extended, and learned new methods for the elaboration of our
liqueurs, always made from raw materials, and as far as possible,
originated from the province of Buenos Aires (such as the
strawberry, mint, and plum).
Searching
in the market, we noted an absence of identity related to
brands and little differentiation among bottles and labels.
This led to develop our own image in a corporative and systematic
way. And everything commenced with this picture:

The photograph was taken the day she was proclaimed "spring
queen" in her native town in the province of Buenos Aires.
She was eighteen then.
That
quiet, delicate, trustful and warm essence responded, in an
emotional sense, to the coveted target for the image of our
enterprise.]
